A whole city shut down.Seems like an impossible task.Not the case for Philadelphia.Septa.Philadelphia's only public transportation service. Once agian is threatening a strike? It was about a year ago the proposed the same measure.Which in turn increased fares and got the President involved.And once agian! They are doing the same thing.It seems like everytime a new PlayStation is released or available.Septa threatens strike.Maybe if they faces some sort of competition.They would not be so at will to just create a major dilemma for? Those who use this transportation service.To transport themselves to work and school.
