From a subculture to an IPO?
Social Media has become an icon in the 21st Century.
Businesses have now seen the importance of a Facebook or A Twitter.
Not just Business wise?
Employees are being asked for their social media site passwords.
Is this an evasion of one's privacy?
As of recent?
A post on social media whether thru Writing Language to Photograph or Video.
Have put users in the hot seat.
From a liability aspect.
I can see why a Company would want to keep eye on their employees!
But when non threatening actions are targeted.
When should company scrutiny draw the line.
I feel statuses on getting accepted to college or starting ones own business.
Should not be a hindrance.
Where the job uses this a leverage to stall ones opportunity for a better career.
Is this this the Philosophy of keeping the poor people poor and the dumb niggas dumb?
If it's not coke or guns.
Why would one be penalized?
